Christian Michalik is Superintendent & CEO of the Louis Riel School Division (LRSD), a public school system encompassing 41 schools with over 17,500 students in the southeast quadrant of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Prior to this appointment, Christian served in multiple roles for the Division as an Assistant Superintendent (2006–2016), Director of School & Community Support (2005–2006), High School Principal (1999-2005), teacher, and consultant (1994-1999).
Throughout his tenure, Christian has been a strong advocate for advancing the calls to action of Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission in LRSD.
